Core Power FREE Giveaway and Review

Ever heard of Core Power??? If not, I’m gonna tell you about it! Core Power is a post workout recovery protein drink that happens to be the official protein drink of the 2014 Olympics! If that’s not enough to tell you that it’s good stuff, then I don’t know what is! It’s made with real lactose-free milk and honey and is chock full of natural casein protein.

Now, I’m not a huge ‘supplement’ person, meaning I don’t use powders and pre/post-drinks or bars, but I will tell you this…drinking one of these after doing Murph at CrossFit this morning held me over (and that’s not the first time I’ve had the same results)! You may or may not know this, but I get HUNGRY when I work out, especially after doing a WOD like Murph, so for a drink to keep me satiated for a couple of hours after an intense workout tells me that it’s doing its job.
