Well, not actually Toby himself…but one of his wines! http://tobinjames.com. It was a 2007 “Lagrein” Silver Reserve, and we loved it. A big, delicious red, this had a lot of pepper and some smokey BBQ flavors and I pictured us sipping it with a couple of nice grilled steaks. We’ll do this one again, but next time with beef!
