They put it on Wednesday evenings through the Spring and Summer in the downtown park. There’s music in the gazebo and people bring their chairs, food, kids, and gear and set up camp. We saw little tents, BBQ pits, tables with table cloths and silverware, I mean, people set up shop! The band tonight was a Reggae group, and as the evening went on, more and more people were up dancing and celebrating the positive vibe that the band was creating.
Before the concert, we went just down the street to Clavo Cellars to check out their “Concert Pre-Party”. They’re on the main drag of Templeton and had their own little concert going in the back patio area. They were pouring wines, serving up tasty appetizers and had a very cool band playing. Definitely a stop you want to make before heading over to the park for the big concert.
This Wednesday concert is a great way to get through the week…you get to relax in the park with live music, friends, and fun and it’s not even the weekend yet!
