There’s not a whole lot to be said about this small (roughly 2,000 cases) winery, there is certainly a neat story behind how this winery came to existence, which you can check on the website.
Aside from that, the wines speak for themselves, we tasted three reds and we thought each was outstanding. We tasted a Super Tuscan, a Barbera, and a Tempranillo…and as Sherman told us, their wine is made to go with food; although we thought they were wonderful without we could certainly see what he was talking about.
Located in Templeton, just down the road from Wild Horse Winery and Happy Acres Family Farm, it is well worth the drive out there.
