Zin Fest weekend here in Paso Robles is a big deal, if you didn’t already know….now you know. Along with the Saturday evening Zin Grand Tasting, many of the wineries do special things at their tasting rooms. We ended up at Hope Family Winery for our first stop (Hoot’s dad was in town with his fiancé so we took them with us), they had food and wine (of course), but not just any food…sliders!!
A different slider at each wine station! There were chicken sliders, buffalo sliders, beef sliders, and lamb sliders. There was something to quench any good slider addict’s needs. Hope Family became foodie rock stars to us after they did their bacon feast for Harvest Festival (coming up again this October)
Hope Family Wines has a fantastic selection of wines; five labels, and the people truly are one of a kind; they certainly have their head in the game.
We’ve always had great experiences out there, from wine to customer service they know what they’re doing. In addition, their facility, located on the west side of Paso is beautiful. The numerous windows, which are different sizes, act as natural paintings of vineyards and scenery.
Head out there, relax, enjoy the wine, the view, and the company. If you’re lucky, you might get some bacon or a slider to munch on!
