Cass Winery. There’s not a lot more to say than that. They definitely have a cult following, and we found them at the Earth Day Food and Wine Festival 2011! Brian Cass tells us all about their wines, their location, and why they do what they do so well!
If you’ve never been to the Cass location, it’s one of those kick-ass places that just pulls it all together. They’ve got the quintessential combination of wine, food, and character. If you’ve been to visit them, you know what we’re talking about! Their owners, Ted Plemons and Steve Cass, along with their cast of tasting room characters will be sure to give you an unforgettable experience.
There’s even a full-service kitchen that is more than happy to serve up a cheese platter, some crab cakes, or other tasty goodies to pair with the wines, while you sit in their Café or out on the patio enjoying the views.
Cass is just one of those four-letter words that makes you feel good!
