I know I know, Annie and I live in Paso Robles! In fact, we live about three minutes away from the LaBellasera Hotel and Suites, but we wanted a change of scenery and rather than leave town we thought we’d do a little “PasoCation” (I made that term up, don’t steal it). After some thought we figured it would be cool to go stay at LaBellasera since we have eaten at their restaurant, Enoteca so many times. I contacted our buddy Bill Roof (GM of the hotel) and asked him for availability and BAM! King Whirlpool Suite booked for two nights.
The hotel is perfectly located for those traveling to Paso Robles, roughly at the intersection of HWY 101 and HWY 46 West. It’s a five minute drive to downtown Paso Robles via HWY 101 or Vine Street and you have access to some of the best wineries on the planet out HWY 46 West. You also have very easy access to Firestone Walker Brewery and their recently opened restaurant, The Taproom which is on the other side of HWY 101 from La Bellaserra.
LaBellasera, The Hotel!
LaBellasera is certainly one of the nicest hotels in Paso Robles when it comes to accommodations, cleanliness, restaurant on site, décor, location, and room perks. Our particular room had a whirpool tub in the living room which was awesome; pregnant people (like Annie) love that. There is also a fold out couch, a television, a snack bar, a comfy chair, and a desk in the living room…yes, it’s that roomy in there! The bedroom contained a king size bed, a refrigerator for any snacks or drinks you bring in, and a television. Oh ya, and there’s indoor plumbing (aka: a very nice bathroom).
Since we live in Paso Robles our goal was to spend the two days literally at the LaBellasera, in the room and in the restaurant downstairs…mission accomplished. This was a working “PasoCation” for us so we had our laptops and worked away in the living room of the suite and had a blast. It felt like hanging out in your living room…well, if your living room had a whirlpool tub! In all seriousness though, it was a superb room with all that you could possibly need. The staff at the front desk was great as well, easy check-in and they offered assistance with anything we would need.
That’s what it’s about right? Customer service…the one thing that is most often overlooked or not provided on a consistent basis. That’s not the case here, they certainly have it down and as for the consistency factor we absolutely know they succeed at that via our many visits to Enoteca, the restaurant. It’s an all around great spot and would encourage you to check them out on your next visit to Paso Robles. If you check out the hotel or the restaurant be sure to let us know what you think!! Cheers!
Side note: LaBellasera also has an amazing patio and pool in the back which also includes some outdoor dining options.
