Don’t know what to do this weekend?? Well, if you’re in or around Paso Robles it’s time to get your Zin on. Starting today and going through Sunday, most wineries are having some form of event at their place. It may be live music and food or it may be the anti-Zin party…who knows. Bottom line is that there are tons of parties happening this weekend so I suggest you get your butt out there and shake it like there’s no tomorrow. All you have to do is check with the wineries you’re interested in to find out what they’re up to.
Here a link to the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance about Zin Fest.
What else is happening in Paso you ask? Well, here’s another reminder about WiVi Central Coast that is happening next week on March 19 and 20. It’s taking place at the Paso Robles Event Center and it’s a symposium and tradeshow all about wine and viticulture. You can get all those details here.
There’s a new event coming up in April called the Paso Robles CAB’s of Distinction that is getting a lot of attention. Here’s a link to their site. They also put together a video for the event that features many of the winemakers…you can take a look at that here. This video was put together by my awesome and talented friend, Gina. Here’s a link to her website.
Lastly, coming up on April 20 is an event that’s near and dear to me for a couple of reasons. I do some work for them but well before that started I absolutely fell in love with the event and the people. It’s the one I often refer to as a high end, casual, backyard BBQ. I’m talking about Earth Day Food & Wine Festival! Here a link to their website. All I’m going to say is that the event is AMAZING and if I don’t see you there I may not ever talk to you again…just sayin’!!
So what’s up with you? What are you up to? Going to any of these events?? Have a great weekend!

Great weekend. Come on out we will be serving two kilos of the best Beluga Caviar and foie gras on toast points. All you can eat gratis. At least I think thats what Marcy said we were serving, but I could be wrong. Sometimes I get mixed up listening to Marcy speak. She might have said tri-tips, ribs, and sausage and the occaisional chilli dog. You can see how easy it is to get confused.
