Yesterday on Google Plus four of us did a G+ Hangout about “green” wine with the subject being the Central Coast Vineyard Team’s SIP (Sustainability in Practice) Certification being the focus. The four of us were Jerry James Stone (http://cookingstoned.tv/), Larry Fournillier (http://www.youtube.com/triniman50), Beth from the Central Coast Vineyard Team (http://www.vineyardteam.org/index.php), and myself.
You can check out that 34 minute video here!
Our plan is to do a once a month wine chat centered around food, wine, sustainability, and good times. The next one will be May 1.
Let me know if you liked the video, hated it, or have thoughts on future subjects for these chats.
It was awesome to taste through four SIP Certified wines with these folks, the wines tasted were:
2011 Tangent Albarino
2009 Carmel Road Chardonnay
Riverbench Pinot Noir
2010 Tolosa Syrah
All were quite nice…my favorite was the pinot Noir simply because that’s my grape of choice right now.
Cheers everyone, thanks for supporting!

Awesome and fun to watch, thanks for sharing and am looking forward to next months video.
It was fun to do, Bev! Thank you. Looking forward to the next one too!! 🙂
