I saw this video on Facebook, it was shared by Chef Jacob Lovejoy of Cass Winery. It was done by PasosBestWines.com who we have no affiliation with at all but I did think the video was good. There are short interviews with Steve Cass, Ted Plemons, the assistant winemaker, and Chef Jacob.
Cass is one of those places we don’t make it to nearly enough. Beautiful property, good wine, cool people, and great food. Be sure to check them out when you can.
