Anyone that knows us knows that we end up at Pappy McGregor’s every once in a while. Who am I kidding, we’re there at least once per week but more often than not, a couple of times per week. The people that work there are great, the customer service is always good, for it being a “pub” the food is really good, and it’s Sammy friendly. For those that don’t know, he’s our three year old son.
So the point of this post is to share that they have changed up their menu a little bit. They have added things like a tri-tip sandwich, a short rib jalapeno burger, along with a few other things. The only new item we’ve tried at this point is their meatloaf dish which they call “Ma’ the Meatloaf”. The description is: maple bourbon glaze, whipped mashed potatoes, and bacon brussel sprouts.
Annie and I shared it and we both loved it. I was never much of a meatloaf fan until I met Annie. She makes some damn good meatloaf. The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar in downtown Paso has a great meatloaf dish as well. Anyways…I guess this post ended up being all about meatloaf. Do you have a favorite meatloaf spot?

The meatloaf at Hatch is great. Will have to try Pappy’s. Always loved meatloaf. Your right Annie makes a hell of a meatloaf.
