Sadly…this is the last wine in our C&B series, but don’t fret drinkers, we’ll get more!!! Tonight we tried their 2008 single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc and L-O-V-E-D it!!! It was citrus, floral, cream…and that’s just the nose! The flavors were awesome too, Annie said lemon meringue pie, Hoot said mineral and grapefruit, but all good things, right? We tried it with some Midnight Moon Aged Goat Cheese and that was a whole ‘nother taste sensation…tangy and bright, it all worked! So, you have to get you some of this Sauvignon Blanc, it’s a rockstar, smooth, creamy, and delicious!!!
