Hoot ‘n Annie showed up at Anglim Winery in Paso Robles, CA to taste their wines and check out their scene. http://www.anglimwinery.com/ Steve and Steffanie Anglim own and run the winery, and have their tasting room at the historic train station in Paso Robles not far from the downtown square. They’re known for their Rhone-style wines and have a great reputation for making a good bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our time at the winery, their daughter, Sofia was selling girl scout cookies and is quite the charming little sales lady. Steffanie had to take off to pour at the Cambria Art and Wine Festival, but she took good care of us until she handed us over to Sofia and Steve. We talked shop with Steve about the wine business and how wonderful yet challenging it really can be. He really knows his stuff!

Love Anglim Winery, their Cameo a white blend is one of my favorites, as well as the Fiddle Sticks Pinot Noir. A great stop in Paso Robles.
