Our Christmas this year was spent relaxing around the house with Sammy, good friends, and close family! We invited people over for an open house, opened a bunch of great wine and made up a feast of tasty treats! The idea was that we could enjoy spending time with those we love on Christmas day, while creating new traditions with our new little one.
I cooked up a Prime Rib, mashed sweet potatoes, a ton of roasted veggies (with bacon, of course) and put out a bunch of appetizers. We grazed on the food all afternoon with good cheer in our hearts and in our glasses. This was definitely a terrific Christmas for our little family and we look forward to creating many more traditions through the new year. Cheers to you and yours and enjoy the rest of 2012!!!

Thank you, Beverly! It was the perfect Christmas…I do it all with a lot of help from Matt and our great friends and family. We work together as a pretty good team, so it makes it a lot easier. Cheers to you and yours in the coming year!!!
